Will my cleaner bring cleaning supplies and equipment?
In most cases, your cleaner will use your own products and equipment. This helps avoid cross-contamination between properties and ensures your home is cleaned using the products you prefer. If you would like your cleaner to bring supplies or equipment, this can be arranged, although a slightly higher hourly rate may apply.Can I give my cleaner a key?
Yes. If you choose to provide a key, this is arranged directly between you and your cleaner. We recommend obtaining a signed receipt when handing over keys. Your cleaner will be responsible for their safe-keeping and returning them when required. JMM Cleaning does not hold client keys.Is JMM Cleaning insured?
Yes. JMM Cleaning holds Public Liability Insurance of at least £1 million for your peace of mind.Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes. We aim to provide the same cleaner for your regular weekly service to ensure consistency and familiarity with your home.What happens if my regular cleaner is unwell or on holiday?
If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we can arrange a cover cleaner upon request. In some cases, due to short notice, the alternative appointment may need to be at a different time or day, which we will agree with you in advance.What happens if I go on holiday?
If you provide access, your cleaner can continue to clean while you are away. Alternatively, you can pause your clean — simply let us know in advance.Will I be charged for missed cleans?
You will only pay for the hours worked. If your cleaner cannot attend, or you skip a clean due to holidays or other commitments, you will not be charged for that session.What if I need to cancel my regular cleaning service?
We require one month’s notice to cancel your regular cleaning arrangement.Can I specify the work that needs doing?
Absolutely. We encourage you to provide a prioritised cleaning schedule. Your cleaner will work through this list and complete as much as possible within the agreed time.Should I declutter before my cleaner arrives?
Yes, we recommend tidying surfaces and floors before your cleaner arrives. This allows them to focus fully on cleaning rather than moving items, ensuring you get the best value from your service.Can I receive a receipt?
Yes. Receipts can be provided upon request for cleaning services delivered.
